Because of your support, CAPA21 has donated $60,000 to candidates and field activities through our Asian Americans #TakeItBack campaign!

These field activities include Asian in-language ads in three key Congressional districts in California and nonpartisan voter registration, education and get out the vote activities throughout the country.

Another one of the groups we’re supporting, the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance (APALA) is helping activate labor in the effort to flip red districts. Several of our endorsed candidates, including Andrew Janz and T.J. Cox, have been endorsed by the local newspaper against the incumbent Republicans.

We’re still fundraising! Hoyt Zia, Leigh-Ann Miyasato, and CAPA21 Chair Glen S. Fukushima are pledging $20,000 total in matching donations. We surpassed our $50,000 and this match pledge is key to helping us hit our next goal of $100,000.

Donate today and your donation will effectively be doubled! Donate by Monday, October 24, and we will expend those funds by October 26 to aid the final pushes by our endorsed candidates,

Below is a list of our total donations after three rounds of contributions and an updated list of our donors we’d like to thank for supporting Asian Americans #TakeItBack!

Thank you for your continued support!

~ Dale

If you donated and don’t see your name here, please reply to this email and let us know so we can recognize you!

And we welcome new donations to our Asian Americans #TakeItBack campaign!

Asian Americans can make a difference in taking back Congress and stopping the vilest president we have known. We can reverse this current climate of anti-immigration laws, hate crimes, revival of internment prisons and discrimination. #TakeItBack
