CAPA21 is a political action committee serving the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities. CAPA21 invests in candidates, field operations, and projects to improve AANHPI participation in the political process. Our vision is of a country where AANHPIs have a powerful presence and role in all branches and levels of government and politics, achieved through AANHPI voters who are engaged, informed, and empowered. CAPA21 has roots in the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans, founded in 1987 as one of the country’s first AAPI PACs.
